Trajetória alternativa

Abstract

Este artigo tem como objetivo refletir a respeito de alguns aspectos que corroboram o afastamento das mulheres quilombolas participantes do Programa de Inclusão de Estudantes Quilombolas (PROINQ) da Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso (UFMT). Para isso, abordam-se as implicações da colonialidade no sistema educacional. Embora, tenham ocorrido modificações, ao longo do tempo, a pedagogia dominante ainda é marcada por práticas excludentes e conservadoras que perpetuam a colonialidade. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, baseado em pesquisa bibliográfica substanciada em Quijano (2005), Gomes (2011), Lugones (2014), dentre outros, e documental baseada em relatórios institucionais. Como resultado, espera-se que este estudo desencadeie um debate significativo em torno das questões que afetam a trajetória das mulheres quilombolas, no ensino superior, contribuindo para um olhar sensível às necessidades desse grupo e a reconfiguração de práticas e políticas educacionais.
