Nuevas Claves para la Mejora de la Calidad de Vida en el Trabajo: el Efecto de los Recursos Personales en la Felicidad en el Trabajo

Abstract

Esta investigación analiza el impacto de la inteligencia emocional en la felicidad en el trabajo, así como el papel mediador de la resiliencia en esa relación. Para ello, analiza una muestra de 200 docentes de centros de Educación Secundaria y Formación Profesional. Los resultados muestran que la inteligencia emocional tiene un efecto directo y positivo en la felicidad en el trabajo, pero también que la resiliencia ejerce un papel mediador en esa relación. Los resultados sugieren que recursos personales deben ser cuidados y potenciados.
