Importancia del diseño industrial en la gestión estratégica de la empresa.

Abstract

El diseño industrial es un valioso recurso que las empresas pueden utilizar para conseguir o mantener sus ventajas competitivas. Sin embargo, por diferentes motivos, son pocas las empresas conscientes de este hecho. Con el propósito de profundizar en las aportaciones del diseño industrial en las empresas, este artículo recoge la opinión y percepción que un conjunto de directivos, expertos en diseño industrial, tienen sobre los beneficios derivados de la integración de esta variable en la estrategia empresarial.
