After the definitive settlement of the Court in Madrid by order of Philip II and the subsequent separation of the Royal House of Toledo in the 17th century, access to the altars of Ferdinand III in 1671 was received with great joy. This is due to the monarch's close connection with his cathedral, which began under his mandate in 1226. The celebrations organized to celebrate this news were studied in a brief study published in 2018. Despite the unpublished documentation located in the Chapter Archive and in The Municipal Archive of Toledo, as well as the religious and artistic impact of this event, made a more exhaustive review necessary, the results of which will be presented in the present work.
