DIREITO HUMANO FUNDAMENTAL À INCLUSÃO?

Abstract

O objetivo deste artigo é explorar a inclusão no ambiente de ensinoaprendizagem, problematizando-a não apenas como dever moral e ético social, mas a forma como, hoje, se apresenta no ensino, como estrutura basilar para acesso e permanência de PcDs – Pessoas com Deficiências, analisando como a educação é uma importante ferramenta de transformação e um agente essencial de asseguramento de direitos humanos fundamentais, como o acesso à educação inclusiva, com o intuito de pautar a justiça social e acessibilidade (temáticas importantes que interessam à realidade de PcDs) no árduo caminho para igualdade de oportunidades. Utilizando as “Disability Studies”, que é como são denominados os estudos sobre deficiências, a metodologia empregada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica, com levantamento de diferentes tipos de materiais já produzidos sobre o escopo, com a análise qualitativa dos dados encontrados. Conclui-se que por mais que a inclusão seja pauta em curso, o caminho para que ela seja realmente um direito humano fundamental acessível para as pessoas com deficiência, ainda encontra barreiras sociais sobre o que deveria ser e o que o campo educacional ainda apresenta.
