СТРАТЕГІЧНІ ДОМІНАНТИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ РОЗВИТКУ РЕГІОНАЛЬНОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ: ІННОВАЦІЙНО-ПІДПРИЄМНИЦЬКИЙ АСПЕКТ

Abstract

У статті уточнено змістовну сутність формування організаційно-економічного потенціалу стратегічного розвитку економіки регіону, визначено стратегічні домінанти даного процесу. Обґрунтовано значення розвитку інноваційного підприємництва як фактору формування стратегічних конкурентних переваг регіональної економіки для ефективного використання організаційно-економічного потенціалу її розвитку. Побудовано концептуальну модель даного процесу в контексті активізації інноваційного підприємництва, акцентовано увагу на її стратегічних компонентах. Доведено, що організаційно-економічний потенціал розвитку економіки регіону має пряму залежність від імплементації положень концепції людського розвитку, тому доцільно органічно вбудовувати її елементи в систему стратегічного менеджменту територій мезорівня.
