Abstract

Exponemos nuestra experiencia con 10 pacientes portadores de aneurismas da aorta ascendente a los cuales se les trató con la técnica "compuesta" del tubo valvulado. La restitución de la circulación coronaria se realiza mediante by-pass aorto-coronario con vena safena o implantando los ostium coronarios al tubo de Dacron. Incluye pacientes con aneurismas no disecantes de aorta ascendente, (ectasia anulo-aórtica, Marfan y congénito) y con aneurismas disecantes (tipo I o tipo II de De Bakey). Analizamos la patología, mostrando la extensión lesional en cada caso. Describirnos los detalles de la técnica empleada y exponemos los resultados obtenidos. Realizarnos el estudio comparativo entre esta casuística y las presentadas por otros autores.
