К вопросу о моделировании процесса управления региональными инвестициями

Abstract

В статье выделены основные системные свойства региона, что позволяет применять методологию системного подхода в процессе управления территориями. Основное внимание в статье сконцентрировано на управлении инвестиционной сфере региона. Выявлены причины наличия дисбаланса интересов участников, приведены структурная и динамическая модели управления региональным инвестиционным процессом, выделены основные этапы управления инвестициями в регионе.
