Электронный документооборот в судах: положительные и отрицательные моменты

Abstract

В настоящее время в судах стал очень развит электронный документооборот. Он дает возможность не только подать исковое заявление в суд, но и другие процессуальные документы в электронной форме. Также появилась возможность изготовления и обращения судебного акта в электронной форме и т. д. В целом электронный документооборот в судах поспособствовал сокращению временных и финансовых издержек, ускорению производства по делу. В статье выделены существующие проблемные аспекты, связанные с электронным документооборотом в российских судах, которые требуют своего исследования и разрешения на практике.
