Системный подход к управлению рисками в университете

Abstract

Принимая системный подход к управлению рисками, университеты могут стать более активными и подготовленными: смягчать, разделять или использовать риски для более эффективного реагирования на возникающие проблемы. В статье рассмотрены некоторые риски в сфере высшего образования. Автор рассуждает о том, как системный подход к управлению рисками может помочь университету принять более эффективные меры по их предотвращению или смягчению, а также подготовиться к худшим сценариям, чтобы уменьшить ущерб от событий, которые находятся вне контроля.
