Abstract

У статті розглядаються профспілки, як грант захисту прав та інтересів державних службовців, розкриваються основні завдання профспілок. Аналізується діяльність профспілкових організацій в структурі державного органу в Україні. Підкреслюються правові механізми відстоювання порушених прав державного службовця профспілковою організацією державного органу та роль профспілок в захисті прав державних службовців в розвинених країнах світу The article considers trade unions as a grant to protect the rights and interests of civil servants, reveals the main tasks of trade unions. The activity of trade unions in the structure of the state body in Ukraine is analyzed. The legal mechanisms of defending the violated rights of a civil servant by a trade union organization of a state body and the role of trade unions in protecting the rights of civil servants in developed countries are emphasized.
