Abstract

Целью работы стало – формализовать методику подбора технологических параметров процесса получения углеволокнистого наполнителя и углефторопластовой композиции, обеспечивающую оптимизацию режимов переработки и воспороизводимость заданного техническими условиями уровня физико-механических свойств полимерного композиционного материала. Исследования проводились на лабораторных установках, установках опытных производств, промышленных установках. В качестве варьируемых технологических параметров процесса выбраны: форма рабочих органов измельчителя; число оборотов рабочих органов; время измельчения.
