The article presents a comparative analysis of the juridical structure of escrow accounts covered by the foreign law acts and the proposed changes to the Russian civil legislation. The comparative legal analysis reveals gaps in the project on legal regulation of escrow relationships which is being developed at the moment

Представлен сравнительный анализ юридической конструкции эскроу-счетов, предусмотренных в актах иностранного права и в предлагаемых изменениях в российское гражданское законодательство. На основе сравнительно-правового анализа выявляются пробелы в разрабатываемом проекте правового регулирования эскроу-отношений
