Роль страноведческой информации в обучении иностранному языку

Abstract

The relevance of the article is due to the need in the process of learning a foreign language to form a full-fledged personality, freely entering into the process of communication and reflecting in his consciousnessthe language realities of the country of the language being studied for successful communication. All this implies the inclusion in the content of philological education of idioms, non-equivalent vocabulary, literary works, allowing to feel the national specifics of all subjects of communication. The article discusses the need for the inclusion of regional geographic material in the process of learning a foreign language. Particular attention is paid to the process of forming linguocultural competence. Language acquisition is considered in conjunction with the national culture of the people of the country of the language being studied. The article raises the question of the tasks of teaching a foreign language at school. Highlighted the basic skills that students should master in the process of becoming a secondary linguistic personality.

Актуальность статьи обусловлена необходимостью в процессе обучения иностранному языку формировать полноценную личность, свободно вступающую в процесс коммуникации и отражающую в своем сознании языковые реалии страны изучаемого языка для успешной коммуникации. Все это предполагает включение в содержание филологического образования идиом, безэквивалентной лексики, литературных произведений, позволяющих ощутить национальную специфику всех субъектов коммуникации. В статье рассматривается необходимость включения страноведческого материала в процесс обучения иностранному языку. Особо внимание уделяется процессу формирования лингвокультурологической компетенции. Овладение языком рассматривается в сочетании с национальной культурой народа страны изучаемого языка. В статье поднимается вопрос о задачах обучения иностранному языку в школе. Выделяются основные умения, которыми должны овладеть школьники в процессе становления вторичной языковой личности.
