Abstract

У статті висвітлено досвід зарубіжних країн з організації антикорупційного судочинства. Зокрема, досліджено досвід таких країн, як Хорватія, Болгарія, Індонезія, Уганда, Філіппіни та Словаччина. Проаналізовано ключові особливості регулювання діяльності антикорупційних судів та наведено недоліки їх діяльності. Висвітлено проблему корупції в українському суспільстві та негативних наслідках, до яких вона може призвести.
