Abstract

The article discusses the development of human resources along the trajectory of "school-university-enterprise". The organization of the process of career guidance in schools is currently gaining intensive development. In the rapidly changing socio-economic process, the modern younger generation finds it very difficult to adapt to the choice of a future profession, which poses new challenges to the career guidance system, the creation of specialized centers of various profiles for immersing schoolchildren in one or another world of professions. The article examines the energy career guidance shift developed by the author in a children's health camp and presents the results based on its results. Proper organization of the career guidance process will help students self-determination, parents will begin to assess how specialized career guidance work will contribute to the correct professional choice of their child. A properly structured training trajectory for school-university-enterprise support will lead in the future to high-quality education at a university, a competent employee at the enterprise.

В статье рассматривается развитие кадрового потенциала по траектории «школа-вуз-предприятие». Организация процесса профориентационной работы школ в наше время набирают интенсивное развитие. Современное подрастающее поколение в интенсивно меняющимся социально-экономическом процессе очень сложно адаптируется к выбору будущей профессии, которое ставит новые задачи к системе профориентации, созданию специализированных центров различного профиля для погружения школьников в тот или иной мир профессий. В статье рассмотрена разработанная автором энергетическая профориентационная смена в детском оздоровительном лагере и представлены результаты по ее итогам. Правильная организация процесса профориентационной работы помогут самоопределению школьников, родители начнут оценивать, насколько специализированная профориентационная работа будет способствовать верному профессиональному выбору их ребенка. Правильно выстроенная траектория обучения по сопровождению школа-вуз-предприятие приведет в будущем к качественному обучению в вузе, компетентному сотруднику на предприятии.
