
Dit hoofdstuk in het boek Europees Arbeidsrecht gaat over Flexibele Arbeid. De volgende EU-Richtlijnen worden behandeld: Richtlijn 1997/81/EG over deeltijdwerk, Richtlijn 1999/70/EG over tijdelijk werk en Richtlijn 2008/104/EG over uitzendwerk. Ook wordt ingegaan op de nog te implementeren Richtlijn 2019/1152 over voorspelbare en transparante arbeidsvoorwaarden voor zover het gaat over oproepwerk.
