
Emnet for artiklen er børns ret til at blive hørt. I artiklen analyseres tre udvalgte danske regelsæt i relation til børns ret til at blive hørt og hørt efter, når der verserer sag om deres forhold. Udgangspunktet for analysen er Jørgen Dalberg-Larsens begrebsapparat vedrørende en rettigheds- og beskyttelsestankegang. Det konkluderes, at der helt klart er rum for forbedring i de udvalgte love, og der argumenteres retspolitisk for, at området ofres fornyet opmærksomhed.
