Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы дисциплинарного подчинения и ответственности лиц – осужденных и содержавшихся под стражей в период их конвоирования к месту отбытия наказания в рамках исторического времени второй половины 1930-х гг. Подчеркивается соответствие нормативных документов ведомственного характера действующему законодательству.
