    1 Moorhead and Sefton (2005:26): 31.2% of ancillary relief cases and 48.5% of children Act cases in their sample included at least one litigant in person.

    2 The number of disposals dropped from 23,261 private law children matters in Q1 2011 to 21,246 in Q1 2014 (Ministry of Justice, 2014).
