Abstract
This report is for those based in libraries who are trying to address challenges of metrics in relation to research with senior management. It assumes a familiarity with metrics and their fluctuations, and its aim is to facilitate discussions with management. The report was written by members of LIBER's Innovative Metrics Working Group.
