The series gathers information on the skills used at work via survey questions directed at workers themselves. Workers include adults between 20 and 60 who are in paid work (in 2006 this was raised to 65). It uses several different measures of work skills, some of which have been used in previous surveys (such as SCELI and EIB, see below).
