    10 Technically this is not a credit transfer arrangement - there are two credit systems operating in England, one in the QCF and one in the FHEQ. However HEIs are able to grant exemptions to those holding appropriate qualifi cations. Exemption should not be granted on a case by case basis but offered to any learner that has achieved the QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (England).
