The research aims to build a technology\ud system that improves service and operation for a zoo\ud using RFID application. A problem investigation has\ud been conducted with a case study at Chiang Mai Zoo,\ud Thailand to propose and develop a prototype solution\ud to overcome some practical issues. The proposed\ud framework utilises RFID technology to store data and\ud deal with other information technologies, there are two\ud major subsystems: e-Ticket system and mobile\ud tracking system. An implementation of the proposed\ud system should provide significant benefits to the zoo as\ud well as other similar businesses.
