This study tests the hypothesis that higher levels of positive \ud religious affect are associated with higher levels of personal happiness \ud among a sample of 284 Hebrew-speaking female undergraduate students \ud who completed the Katz-Francis Scale of Attitude toward Judaism, the \ud Oxford Happiness Inventory, and the short-form Eysenck Personality \ud Questionnaire Revised. The data reported a small but statistically \ud significant association between religiosity and happiness after taking \ud individual differences in personality into account.
