Economists, Scientists and other scholarly people predicted humans are in endangering position by series of problems in the 21st Century. On the other hand, the human society faces unstable in all the functions what it enjoyed over the centuries. The worlds population crossed the new land mark of 7 billion and it increased near fourfold in the past 100 years (UN population Division, 2007). In additional, UN report declared the growth rate is high in developing countries compare to developed countries. Further peoples started move to the urban areas where they looking for food and shelter. It results shortage in everything (i.e. fertility, economic deficiency, unemployment, shortage of food...) in the developed countries. Now the entire world is searching for a solution to the problems caused by the surplus population. This study argues that entrepreneurship is one among the solution to the causes of surplus population. In this study we discussed how the entrepreneurship will facilitate the human society to live better and how it could be a possible solution to the human and societal problems.
