The main purpose of this research is to recognize productivity barriers in Moghan Agro & Industry Company. Statistical population consists of all staff members. The sample includes 181 participants which were chosen from a total of 361 people based on Cochran's Sampling Formula. For obtaining data, a 29-item questionnaire was prepared and distributed among the sample members. Eventually, 170 filled-out questionnaires were collected. In order to enhance the questionnaire validity researchers consulted with professional faculty members and its reliability 0/87 was obtained based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient. An independent T-test was used so as to analyze the hypothesis and the Friedman Test was used to prioritize productivity barriers indexes. Data analysis reveals that environmental, organizational and individual barriers are regarded as productivity barriers in the above-mentioned statistical population. Absence of market pressures among environmental barriers, reluctance to use what is known among organizational barriers and inadequate control of time/workday among individual barriers are the main barrier in achieving productivity.
