Women constitute half of the nations human resource and therefore vital and crucial for the national development. In any society, economic position and social status of women are influenced by the extent of their involvement in income earning activities outside the household. But emergence of women executives in a society in the economic development of a nation not only based on social, religious, cultural and psychological factors or educational qualification but also based on their strength / weakness possessed and opportunity / challenges faced by them. Hence, analyzing the strength, weakness, opportunity and challenges among corporate women executives is of much importance to bring out the present status of women executives. In this study, the status of women executives is evaluated by SWOC analysis. It is found from the analysis that strength and opportunities was more than the weaknesses and challenges for women executives in Tamil Nadu.
