In the context of open military aggression in Europe, there is a need to form a new world order system. An important aspect of this process is the creation of new military and political alliances, which are particularly relevant for small countries with limited military capabilities. In the context of Russia's aggression against Ukraine, the possibility of forming a Baltic-Black Sea Union, which would unite the Baltic States, Poland and Ukraine, is being discussed. У контексті відкритої військової агресії в Європі постає необхідність формування нової системи світоустрою. Важливим аспектом цього процесу є створення нових військово-політичних союзів, які особливо актуальні для малих країн з обмеженим військовим потенціалом. В умовах агресії Росії проти України обговорюється можливість формування Балто-Чорноморського союзу, що об'єднає країни Балтії, Польщу та Україну.
