The “Land of the Leopard” National Park (NP) is located in the south-west part of Primorsky Territory, predominantly in the lowland basalt Borisovskoye Plateau. Broad-leaved and coniferous-broad-leaved forests present dominant types of vegetation in this area. Larch forests occasionally occur on waterlogged watersheds. There are number of rare plant communities which are represented here: oak forests of Quercus dentata and Q. wutaishanica, Pinus densiflora, Armeniaca mandshurica and Juniperus rigida communities, oak forests with Betula schmidtii, alder forests of Alnus japonica. The territory, where the NP is located, has a rich flora with warm-temperate relict elements, which distinguishes it from other regions’ flora of the Russian Far East. The inventory of the NP flora was launched by scientists from the Botanical Garden-Institute FEB RAS since 2014. The research involved three sites which are located in the basins of Nezhinka, Amba and Barabashevka rivers. Work was carried out using detailed route method in the protected, as well as in the buffer and recreational zones, according to the territory division of the NP. As a result, more than 1500 vascular plant specimens were collected for herbarium collections of BGI FEB RAS (VBGI).The article provides an annotated list of 28 rare species found in the territory of the NP and confirmed by herbarium specimens. This list includes 3 species from “The IUCN Red List of Threatened Species” (2014), 14 species from the Red Data Book of the Russian Federation (2008), 20 species from the Red Data Book of Primorsky Territory (2008) and 5 species, which are rare in the study area due to various natural and anthropogenic factors. Among the most endangered species Panax ginseng C. A. Mey, Codonopsis pilosula Nannf, Meehania urticifolia Makino, Clematis koreana Kom. are given.
