Аннотация. В статье раскрывается подходы организации учебного процесса в условиях федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов высшего образования третьего поколения. Описаны основные этапы, формы и методы моделирования учебного процесса по биохимии в аграрном вузе. Показана роль исследовательской деятельности студентов для формирования основных компетенций образовательных стандартов.
