PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF A PHYSICAL EDUCATION INSTRUCTOR IN THE MODERN EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF A PRESCHOOL ORGANIZATION (USING THE EXAMPLE OF THE URAL REGION)

Abstract

The article raises the problem of professional development of a physical education instructor in the modern educational environment of a preschool organization (PE) using the example of the Ural region. The relevance of the study is due to the presence of a highlighted contradiction between the needs of society and educational systems in the training of physical education instructors who have professional competence to solve problems in the implementation of the educational field «Physical development» of preschool children, taking into account the Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education (FSES DO) and insufficient development of the theoretical foundations and practice of training such specialists in the modern educational environment of preschool educational institutions. The structure of diagnostic (control and measurement) materials (tests) developed by the author for identifying existing professional deficiencies of teachers, as well as assessing the level of formation of professional competencies is presented. The model for the formation of professional competence of a teacher – physical education instructor in a preschool educational organization (PEO) is presented in the form of a diagram. The purpose of the study was to develop, theoretically substantiate and experimentally test a model for the formation of professional competence of physical education instructors and the pedagogical conditions for its implementation within the framework of the modern educational environment of preschool educational institutions.

В статьеподнимаетсяпроблемапрофессионального совершенствованияинструкторапофизическойкультуре в условиях современной образовательной среды дошкольной организации (ДО) на примере Уральского региона.Актуальность исследования обусловлена наличием выделенного противоречия между потребностями общества, образовательных систем в подготовке инструкторов по физической культуре, обладающих профессиональной компетентностью для решения задач по реализации образовательной области «Физическое развитие» детей дошкольного возраста с учетом Федерального государственного образовательного стандарта дошкольного образования (ФГОС ДО) и недостаточной разработанностью теоретических оснований и практики подготовки таких специалистов в условиях современной образовательной среды ДОО. Представлена разработанная авторомструктура диагностических (контрольноизмерительных) материалов (тестов) для выявленияимеющихся профессиональных дефицитов педагогов, а также оценке уровня сформированности профессиональных компетенций. Приведена в виде схемымодель формирования профессиональной компетентности педагога – инструктора по физической культуредошкольной образовательной организации (ДОО).
