
Cet article présente une proposition formulée par l'Association générale des ingénieurs de Roumanie (AGIR), l'Université polytechnique de Iași "Gh. Asachi" et la branche de l'Académie roumaine de Iași (Institut d'informatique théorique) au gouvernement roumain, représenté par le ministère de l'Éducation. , pour créer : Un système d'apprentissage ouvert et à distance (ODL) pour la formation continue en ingénierie (CEE). Les concepts de : CEE, programme CEE université-industrie et système ODL sont exposés. L'avenir des CEE en Roumanie est évident. En conclusion, le modèle d'enseignement à distance du Centre régional de Iași pour les CEE (CRED-Is) est décrit : en termes de caractéristiques, d'objectifs, d'édition pédagogique, de système de tutorat et de centres d'études. Dans le contexte actuel des efforts visant à créer des structures juridiques pour la fourniture de systèmes de crédit européens CEE, l'initiative roumaine visant à améliorer un système national CEE en utilisant les technologies ODL constitue un résultat important.
In diesem Papier wird ein Vorschlag vorgestellt, der vom Allgemeinen Verband der Ingenieure Rumäniens (AGIR), der Polytechnischen Universität „Gh. Asachi“ Iași und der Zweigstelle der Rumänischen Akademie Iași (Institut für Theoretische Informatik) an die rumänische Regierung, vertreten durch das Bildungsministerium, formuliert wurde , um ein offenes Fernlernsystem (ODL) für die technische Weiterbildung (CEE) zu schaffen. Konzepte von: CEE, University-Industry CEE-Programm und ODL-System werden vorgestellt. Die Zukunft von CEE in Rumänien ist bewiesen. Abschließend wird das Fernunterrichtsmodell des Iași Regional Center for CEE (CRED-Is) beschrieben: als Merkmale, Ziele, Bildungsveröffentlichung, Nachhilfesystem und Studienzentren. Im gegenwärtigen Kontext der Bemühungen, rechtliche Strukturen für die Bereitstellung europäischer CEE-Credit-Systeme zu schaffen, ist die rumänische Initiative zur Verbesserung eines nationalen CEE-Systems durch den Einsatz von ODL-Technologien ein wichtiges Ergebnis.
Prezenta lucrare prezinta o propunere formulata de catre Asociatia Generala a Inginerilor din Romania (AGIR), Universitatea Politehnica "Gh. Asachi" din Iași si Academia Romana-Filiala Iași (Institutul de Informatica Teoretica) catre Guvernul Romaniei, reprezentat de Ministerul Educatiei. , pentru a crea: Un sistem deschis și de învățare la distanță (ODL) pentru educația continuă în inginerie (CEE). Sunt expuse conceptele de: CEE, Programul Universitate-Industrie CEE și sistemul ODL. Viitorul CEE în România este evidențiat. În mod concludent, Modelul de Învățământ la Distanță al Centrului Regional Iași pentru CEE (CRED-Is) este descris: ca caracteristici, obiective, publicație educațională, sistem de tutorat și centre de studiu. În contextul actual al eforturilor de creare a Structurii Legale pentru Furnizarea Sistemelor de Credite Europene CEE, inițiativa României de îmbunătățire a Sistemului Național CEE prin utilizarea tehnologiilor ODL este un rezultat important.
This paper presents a proposal formulated by the General Association of Engineers from Romania (AGIR), Iași Polytechnic "Gh. Asachi" University, and Romanian Academy-Iași Branch (Institute of Theoretical Informatics) to the Romanian Government, represented by the Ministry of Education, to create: An Open and Distance Learning (ODL) System for Continuing Engineering Education (CEE). Concepts of: CEE, University-Industry CEE Program, and ODL system are exposed. The future of CEE in Romania is evidenced. Conclusively, the Distance Education Model of Iași Regional Centre for CEE (CRED-Is) is described: as characteristics, objectives, educational publishing, tutoring system, and study centres. In the present context of efforts to create Legal Structures for the Provision of European CEE Credit Systems, the Romanian initiative to improve a National CEE System by using ODL technologies is an important result.
