Design and dimensioning of composite structures

Abstract

Tutkimuksen kohteina olivat rakennusteollisuuden käyttöön sovellettavissa olevista komposiittimateriaaleista valmistettavat rakenteet. Materiaaleja olivat mineraali , puu , muovi- ja yhdistelmäkomposiitit. Mineraalikomposiiteista esitetään kerrosjulkisivuelementin suunnittelu ja mitoitusmenetelmä. Lisäksi tutkitaan kuidutusta palkin leikkausraudoituksena. Helposti valettavalla kuitubetonimassalla on mahdollista saavuttaa kaksinkertainen leikkauskapasiteetti leikkausraudoittamattomaan palkkiin verrattuna. Muovikomposiiteista esitetään kuitulujitteisen kotelokannattimen mitoitusmenetelmä, jossa keskeisintä ovat epästabiiliusilmiöt. Palkki soveltuu kohteisiin, joissa on pitkä jännevali ja pieni hyötykuorma. Yhdistelmäkomposiiteista kehitetään muun muassa mineraali ja puukuitulevyistä sekä kylmämuokatusta teräsohutlevystä valmistettavia välipohjia. Tuloksena esitetään ääneneristävyyden ja palonkestävyyden suhteen eri käyttökohteisiin soveltuvia rakenteita. Puukomposiiteista esitetään kuitulujitteella jännitetyn palkin suunnittelu ja mitoitusmenetelmä. Jännityksen ansiosta palkin kapasiteetti kasvaa 30-50 %.
