Hydrolyzát bílkovinné biomasy a směs jej obsahující.

Abstract

The technical solution relates to a hydrolysate containing a mixture of amino acids, peptides and other biogenic substances prepared from a troublesome protein waste material containing keratin and fat, for example, from poultry feathers or animal hair. The hydrolysate, prepared in the presence of a weak carbonic acid containing no any extraneous substances, meet the raw material requirements for the preparation of complex nutrition mixtures applicable as animal feed and bio-stimulant or special fertilizers. The essence of the technical solution presented relates to the hydrolysate prepared in the presence of a weak carboxylic acid, e.g. malic acid at pressure below 1.0 MPa. and containing a mixture of amino acids, proteins, tri-acyl-glycerides, di-acyl-glycerides, mono-acyl-glycerides, aliphatic carboxylic acids, without any salts and low level of mineral ash forming components.
