These checklists are intended to help as you plan how to improve diversity, inclusion, and equality in pre-award funding processes through changes to application processes to reduce the likelihood of bias in outcomes. The first checklist is a high-level list of general actions and questions to consider within your organisation before you start planning any specific interventions. The second checklist provides a more focused set of questions that can be used to inform your plan to change your application processes to reduce the likelihood of bias in outcomes. The checklists were finalised in October 2024 and published here in January 2025.
