Abstract

Statistiques en santé : exploitation de données et rédaction scientifique Intervenant : Stéphane Morisset, consultant en biostatistique Cette formation a pour but de guider les étudiants dans la rédaction des parties méthodologiques et statistiques dans les publications scientifiques, et aussi d'évoquer les bonnes pratiques en matière d'exploitations de données (avec le logiciel R). Partie publication : Contexte : objectif(s) de l'étude et données en présence Revue de la méthodologie et de la stratégie d'analyses des données Résultats statistiques : synthèse et rédaction Choix des tables, graphiques et interprétations Partie exploitation de données : Présentation du logiciel R/Rstudio Eventail de calculs et analyses possibles Exploitation de données issues de tableurs ou bases de données, data-management Comment bien structurer son travail pour une meilleure reproductibilité des résultats Formation donnée le 25 novembre 2023. Cycle de formation "Publication scientifique en santé" proposé par les bibliothèques d'Université Paris Cité, en partenariat avec la Fédération Internationale des Jeunes Neurologues Francophones (FIJNF). Le programme Publishing Academy for Young Scientists (PAYS) est lauréat de l'AAP Fonds National pour la Science Ouverte. Ce projet est financé avec le soutien du Fonds National pour la Science Ouverte.
