Krieg- und Antikriegsliteratur in Deutschland und Frankreich 1914-1938

Abstract

Master; In dieser Vorlesungssitzung wird die Entwicklung der Krieg- und der Antikriegsliteratur im deutschen und im französischen Kontext nachgegangen. Auf französischer Seite wird die frühe Etablierung einer pazifistischen Literatur analysiert sowie die Debatten um Jean Norton Crus Témoins (1929). Auf deutscher Seite geht es vorrangig um das Verhältns zwischen Pro- und Antikriegsliteratur. Schliesslich wird auf den Realismus eingegangen, der diese Literatur sowohl in Deutschland als auch in Frankreich charakterisiert, sowie auf die unterschiedlichen literarischen Gattungen, die eine Rolle spielen.
