Marketingový plán vybraného podniku

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the marketing plan of enterprise Greenbistro, which offers fast food to their customers. The main aim of the thesis is to suggest a marketing plan that will help to selected company to achieve the stated goals. The theoretical part is divided into two main chapters. The first provides basic information about the marketing, describes his brief development and role in the company. In the second one is captured the process of creating a marketing plan and a description of all the features that must be included. The practical part is focused on Greenbistro company. An analysis of the current situation and the environment is carried out. On the basis of the information obtained, marketing objectives and strategies are set to their achievement. There is also a budget for a specific marketing plan and the way of checking.

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na marketingové plánování podniku Greenbistro, který nabízí svým zákazníkům rychlé občerstvení. Hlavním cílem práce je návrh marketingového plánu, který vybranému podniku pomůže dosáhnout stanovených cílů. Teoretická část je rozdělena do dvou hlavních kapitol. V první jsou uvedeny základní informace o marketingu, je popsán jeho stručný vývoj a role v podniku. V druhé je zachycen proces tvorby marketingového plánu a popis všech náležitostí, které musí obsahovat. Praktická část je zaměřena na podnik Greenbistro. Je provedena analýza jeho současné situace a okolního prostředí. Na základě získaných informací jsou stanoveny marketingové cíle a strategie vedoucí k jejich dosažení. Nechybí ani rozpočet pro konkrétní marketingový plán a způsob kontroly.
