La recherche-action CISMOP vise le développement d'une mobilité décarbonée sur le territoire de Loos-en-Gohelle (Bassin minier des Hauts de France) s'inscrivant dans la trajectoire citoyenne et énergétique de la ville (TEPOS 2050). Le projet cherche à réduire la fracture sociale et urbaine du territoire et à améliorer la qualité de vie descitoyens, et notamment la qualité de l'air.
