Abstract

La humanidad, desde sus inicios, para poder sobrepasar cualquier circunstancia que le presentaba el entorno, aunó esfuerzos logrando desarrollarse tal y como hoy se la puede ver. A lo largo de la historia, se fue dando origen a organizaciones de todo tipo, las cuales se transforman en objetos de estudio de las diversas ciencias. Particularmente, el motivo de interés de este trabajo tiene asiento en la ciencia de la administración; una ciencia social que tiene a las organizaciones y la técnica encargada de la planificación, organización, dirección y control de los recursos por objeto el estudio, con el fin de obtener el máximo beneficio posible. Para poder ser competitivo y maximizar beneficios en este mundo dinámico y globalizado que nos rodea, una institución debe tener sus procesos mínimamente organizados y comunicados, para que de esta forma, caminen todos sus integrantes hacia un mismo lugar, evitando las vulnerabilidades que los amenaza y debilita en dicho entorno. La provincia de Salta, tiene la peculiaridad de tener su motor económico impulsado por micro y pequeñas empresas, lo que motivó a profundizar el estudio por una de ellas, siendo la misma una productora agropecuaria del interior provincial.
