Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) rencana kegiatan dan anggaran sekolah (RKAS) di SMK dan SMA di Kecamatan Sawan, (2), efektivitas rencana kegiatan dan anggaran sekolah di SMK dan SMA di Kecamatan Sawan dan (3), kualitas layanan pendidikan SMK dan SMA di Kecamatan Sawan . Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah RKAS dan kualitas layanan pendidikan SMK dan SMA di Kecamatan Sawan. Sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Stakeholder internal sekolah yang berjumlah 321 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dan Sekolah Menengah Atas Di Kecamatan Sawan. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi, yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) rencana kegiatan dan anggaran sekolah secara total berada dalam kategori terlaksana cukup baik. (2) efektifitas RKAS secara total berada pada kategori sangat efektif. (3) kualitas layanan pendidikan secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori sangat puas, dimana kualitas layanan pendidikan per dimensi yaitu untuk Tangibles berada pada kategori sangat puas, Reliability berada pada kategori sangat puas, Responsiveness berada pada kategori sangat puas, Assurance berada pada kategori sangat puas dan, dimensi empaty berada pada kategori sangat puas.Kata Kunci : efektivitas, kualitas layanan pendidikan This research aim to knows (1) plan activities and school budgets (RKAS) in Vocational and High Schools in the District of Sawan, (2) effectiveness of the work plan and budget in Vocational Schools and High Schools in the District of Sawan and (3) quality educational services of Vocational and High Schools in the District of Sawan. This research includes a quantitative descriptive. The subjects of this research are RKAS and quality educational services of Vocational and High Schools in the District of Sawan. While the object of this research is the internal stakeholders of the school amount to 321 people. This research was conducted at the Vocational School and High School in District of Sawan. Data were collected by interview, questionnaire and documentation, which is then analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research indicate that (1) the plan of activities and total school budget in a category quite well done. (2) the effectiveness of RKAS in total are in the category highly effective. (3) overall quality of education services in the category is very satisfied, where the quality of education services per dimensions that is for Tangibles were very satisfied category, Reliability in the category of very satisfied, Responsiveness in the category of very satisfied, Assurance in the category of very satisfied and on dimension of empathy were very satisfied category. keyword : effectiveness, quality of educational services
