Depuis quatre ans, elle coordonne le projet « HabEat », une étude lancée dans six pays européens (France, Angleterre, Danemark, Portugal, Pays-Bas et Grèce) destinée à analyser les comportements alimentaires chez les enfants et grandement orientée sur leur consommation de légumes.
