The publication informs citizens about the dangers associated with the use of biometric systems, educate them on how to recognize these dangers, how to prevent them, and also offer appropriate instructions on how to proceed in case of suspected misuse of data. Given the significant expansion of biometric technology into the everyday life of the Czech population, it is imperative to deepen awareness not only of the positives but also of the pitfalls of using this technology.

Publikace bude informovat občany o nebezpečích souvisejících s používáním biometrických systému, edukovat je jak tato nebezpečí rozpoznat, jakým způsobem jim předcházet, ale take nabídne vhodné návody, jak postupovat při podezření na zneužití údajů. Vzhledem k významnému rozšíření biometrických technologií do každodenního života obyvatel ČR je nezbytně nutné prohloubit informovanost nejen o pozitivech, ale take o úskalích používaní této technologie.
