Abstract

DSA architecte-urbaniste, ENSA Ville et Territoires - Semaine thématique Ecologie urbaine, 29 mars - 02 avril 2021; Face à l'urbanisation et au changement climatique qui ont des effets néfastes sur le bilan énergétique (îlot de chaleur urbain) et le cycle de l'eau (crues plus intenses et plus fréquentes, périodes d'étiage plus longues et plus marquées, recharge des nappes limitées), des solutions d'adaptation sont nécessaires: elles jouent sur les différents processus perturbés par les surfaces imperméabilisées. Les solutions fondées sur la nature en font partie. Des observations dans le cadre de l'ONEVU à l'échelle d'une noue montrent l'intérêt d'une telle solution pour limiter le pic de débit, et à l'échelle du quartier le lien entre température et taux de végétalisation est mis en avant. La modélisation microclimatique de scénarios idéalisés démontrent l'impact de plusieurs solutions végétalisées sur la régulation de la température de l'air. La modélisation hydrologique, à l'échelle du quartier confirme l'intérêt des noues pour améliorer la gestion des eaux pluviales ainsi que des toitures végétalisées. A l'échelle d'un secteur de ville, l'impact de la végétation sur le ruissellement de surface et les flux de chaleur latente est mise en évidence. Par ailleurs, il est aussi soulevé la question de la ressource en eau à disposition dans le cadre d'une intégration massive d'arbres. Enfin, le projet Nature4Cities est présenté : un catalogue de solutions fondées sur la nature est disponible désormais et un outil d'aide à la décision a été développé.
