Communiqué de presse dans la newsletter n° 9 du 08/09/2020 publié sur le site intranet de INRAE de Dijon.; Il y a peu de temps, la population française vivait une période inédite : neuf semaines confinées à la maison. Des chercheurs du CSGA se sont intéressées à l'impact du confinement sur les habitudes alimentaires en déployant une vaste enquête auprès de 500 parents d'enfants de 3-11 ans.
