Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tehdä Finn-Power Oy:n tuleville työntekijöille kattava informaatiopaketti levytyökeskuksen asennusprosessien kulusta alusta loppuun. Työssä käsitellään koneiden tuotanto- ja asennusprosessien eri vaiheiden perusasioita, joista on hyötyä uudelle työntekijälle. Työssä on käsitelty oman kokemuksen, kollegoiden ja Prima Power työntekijöiden avulla tuotanto ja asennusprosessien eri vaiheiden kulku. Opinnäytetyön lisätavoitteena oli kartoittaa reklamaatioyksikköön tulevien ilmoitusten tilannetta. Tarve on syntynyt opinnäytetyön reklamaatio-osuuden laatimisen yhteydessä muun muassa henkilökunnan aloitteesta.
