    "<< Objectives >>With the implementation of the project ""Innovative Practices for Inclusive Education in Digital Age"", we set the following objectives: a study of good practices and new opportunities for improving efficiency in implementing digital tool in teaching and learning for the purposes of inclusive education for prevention and reducing the risk of children dropping out of school and students in groups threatened by leaving the education system early and subject to social exclusion.<< Implementation >>Use of new ICT methods of learning needs, and for the purpose of inclusion of students with more limited educational opportunities, with low motivation threatened by compulsory education, is in the focus of the activities that will be implemented on the Partnership project prepared by 94th High school, Sofia and Spain's partner. Changing the learning environment, assisted by the implementation of ICT learning methods subject to project activities will be subsequently introduced into the training<< Results >>The short and longer-term results of the partnership project are related to increasethe professionalism of teachers in applying a variety of digitally based teaching methods.International cooperation, research and exchange of good practices, upgrading qualifications by expanding teachers' digital competencies for the use of innovative methodsof teaching, in order to achieve more complete inclusion of students, promotion of the ""Framework of digital competencies"" are among the expected results"

    << Objectives >>- To reach change in labour market participation & reduce the unemployment of marginalised students (Roma, refugees, students with learning difficulties) upon their graduation from high school.- To improve of these individual's’ employability and job preparation skills to avoid shortages and mismatched via delivery of pre-employment school career guidance programme (C.Rogers model)aiming to reach the sustainable development goals related to reducing of poverty & exclusion of the labour market.<< Implementation >>- Development and implementation of pre-employment school career guidance programme specially adapted for vulnerable to the labour market students, who have existing problems on labour market and society exclusion in Turkey and Bulgaria.- Training of 20 teachers and pedagogical counsellors in Turkey and Bulgaria on small scale implementation of the programme- Preparation of 40 last grade students for the job interviews and labour success- Wider dissemination and exploitation of the programme<< Results >>- IR1 (A5):A pre-employment school career guidance programme toolkit on topics: how to maintain positive physical and verbal image, how to improve their verbal and non-verbal communication, how to answer difficult questions during job interviews, how to prepare in digital format their CV and cover letter.- IR2 (A5):An illustrative info cards about how to apply for credit, how to prepare and submit documents to tax authorities etc.- Project websiteLanguages: English, Bulgarian and Turkish
