  • Journal of Science Learning (JSL) (ISSN 2614-6568) is an open access and peer-reviewed journal published by Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The work collaborates with Indonesian Society for Science Educators. It serves original articles on the latest issues and trends in high quality research and theoretical position papers concerning preservice and in-service education of science teachers. The article offers ways to improve classroom science teaching and learning, and professional development. JSL is a triangual journal issued on March, July, and November. The scope of Journal of Science Learning are: Science Learning : consisting of theoretical and empirical research studies on learning of science. Science Learning in Everyday Life : consisting of analytical, interpretative, or philosophical papers regarding learning science outside of the formal classroom. Science Teacher Education : consisting of original empirical and/or theoretical research that examines the preparation of teachers, the work of teachers, or how teachers' work is influenced by a broader context.   • Comunicata Scientiae is an international journal publishing research related to horticultural crops (from v10N4). Articles in the journal deal with all areas of horticulture - fruits, vegetables, aromatic and medicinal plants, edible fungi, ornamentals and landscape architecture, under temperate, subtropical, tropical and semiarid conditions. Original articles, scientific notes and review articles are published continuously (from 2020) in the journal in English.

  • Povos e Culturas O Centro de Estudos dos Povos e Culturas de Expressão Portuguesa (CEPCEP) da Universidade Católica Portuguesa iniciou em 1986 a publicação da revista Povos e Culturas. Foram seus directores o Professor Artur Teodoro de Matos e o Dr. Carlos Laranjo Medeiros e, mais tarde, em co-direção, os Professores Artur Teodoro de Matos e Roberto Carneiro. Desta revista foram publicados 21 números. Em 2018 a revista deu lugar à Colecção de livros Povos e Culturas de que foi publicado, até à data, a obra Património Cultural e Transformação Digital. Ao longo da existência da Povos e Culturas enquanto revista, foram seu assunto temas tão diversos como a cidade, a educação, as tradições populares, os reflexos do Maio de '68 na sociedade portuguesa, a cultura e o desporto, o cérebro, entre outros.

  • Why do some people bite their nails excessively whenever they are anxious or stressed? Many a times, scientists relate nail biting to an anxiety disorders such as obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD). People who bite their nails may also suffer from sleep disturbances. The root cause for this habit is not clear as it is varying from person to person. According to Sigmund Freud, anxiety is the root cause for many psychiatric disorders such as OCD, social phobic disorders, Schizophrenia, depression etc. Anxiety is an alarming signal as well as epidemic which affects people in every facets life and if it is uncontrollable give rise to increased vulnerability to mood disorders. The high prevalence of anxiety and high incidence of sleep disturbances indicate sleep disorders as the consequence of anxiety disorders [1]. Since then, anxiety has been viewed as a state of anguished mind caused by disturbed internal and external environments.
