The male of Chinommatia littoralis (Tesch, 1918) is described for the first time based on material from Tanimbar Island, Indonesia. The structure of the male first and second gonopods are distinct and more closely resemble those of Notopelta mortenseni (Serene, 1964), but the species is retained in Chinommatia Ng & Castro, 2016, because of the structure of its carapace, cheliped, and thoracic sternum. Specimens reported as C. littoralis from Vietnam by Zarenkov (1972) and South China Sea by Chen (1998) are in fact C. cavimanus (Rathbun 1914). Zarenkov’s (1972) record of Chinommatia cavimanus from Vietnam belongs to Chasmocarcinops gelasimoides Alcock, 1900, instead. Zootaxa, Vol. 4294, No. 4. Hal. 494-500

The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of company’s ownership through pyramid structure, and related party transaction disclousure, on expropriation practices, with corporate governance as moderating variable. Analytical technique used is hierarchical regression analysis for testing hypotheses developed in this study. Research population is a manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during years 2014-2016, and the sample is selected using purposive sampling method. The results of this study fails to prove effect of company’s ownership through pyramid structure, and related party transaction disclousure on expropriation practices. Furthermore, this study indicates the corporate governance can to increase the level of related party transactions disclosure, but has not been to reduce the expropriation practices caused by company’s ownership through pyramid structure. This study contributes to the theory of agency type II which discusses conflict of interest between controlling and non-controlling shareholders, and especially the problem of information asymmetry, which can be minimized by the role of corporate governance.

This article aims to find out and describe the shifting position of the GPM (Gereja Protestan Maluku) as to other religions, especially Islam. Through library research towards some important documents of the GPM, the researcher found out the development of theological perspectives of the GPM which are fundamental and important for the GPM in understanding other religions. In studying these documents, this study discovered that the position of the GPM as to other religions before the social conflict in 1999 and 2004 are differ significantly to that of after the social conflict. In the document of PIP/RIPP in the period of 1995 to 2005, before the social conflict, they described clearly that the GPM recognizes other religions as the object of its mission. In contrast, in the same document of the period of 2005 to 2015, after the social conflict, they state that the GPM embraces other religions as its partner. Even in the newest document of Ajaran Gereja GPM, they state that God in Jesus Christ is the Savior of all human beings without religious categories. These theological notions have a significant impact on the GPM in shaping its relation with other religions. Not only the theological normative notion, but also the cultural perspectives such as Pela have opened the possibility for the Moluccan Moslems and Christians to coexist as brothers and sisters.

Epigenetic marks are fundamental to normal development, but little is known about signals that dictate their placement. Insights have been provided by studies of imprinted loci in mammals, where monoallelic expression is epigenetically controlled. Imprinted expression is regulated by DNA methylation programmed during gametogenesis in a sex-specific manner and maintained after fertilization. At Rasgrf1 in mouse, paternal-specific DNA methylation on a differential methylation domain (DMD) requires downstream tandem repeats. The DMD and repeats constitute a binary switch regulating paternal-specific expression. Here, we define sequences sufficient for imprinted methylation using two transgenic mouse lines: One carries the entire Rasgrf1 cluster (RC); the second carries only the DMD and repeats (DR) from Rasgrf1. The RC transgene recapitulated all aspects of imprinting seen at the endogenous locus. DR underwent proper DNA methylation establishment in sperm and erasure in oocytes, indicating the DMD and repeats are sufficient to program imprinted DNA methylation in germlines. Both transgenes produce a DMD-spanning pit-RNA, previously shown to be necessary for imprinted DNA methylation at the endogenous locus. We show that when pit-RNA expression is controlled by the repeats, it regulates DNA methylation in cis only and not in trans. Interestingly, pedigree history dictated whether established DR methylation patterns were maintained after fertilization. When DR was paternally transmitted followed by maternal transmission, the unmethylated state that was properly established in the female germlines could not be maintained. This provides a model for transgenerational epigenetic inheritance in mice.

Automatic news categorization is essential to automatically handle the classification of multi-label news articles in online portal. This research employs some potential methods to improve performance of hierarchical multi-label classifier for Indonesian news article. First potential method is using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to build the top level classifier. The second method could improve the classification performance by calculating the average of the word vectors obtained from distributed semantic model. The third method combines lexical and semantic method to extract documents features, which multiplied word term frequency (lexical) with word vector average (semantic). Model build using Calibrated Label Ranking as multi-label classification method, and trained using Naïve Bayes algorithm has the best F1-measure of 0.7531. Multiplication of word term frequency and the average of word vectors were also used to build this classifiers. This configuration improved multi-label classification performance by 4.25%, compared to the baseline. The distributed semantic model that gave best performance in this experiment obtained from 300-dimension word2vec of Wikipedia’s articles. The multi-label classification model performance is also influenced by news’ released date. The difference period between training and testing data would also decrease models’ performance.

Akasia mangium (Acacia mangium Willd) bukan tumbuhan asli Kalimantan namun sejak puluhan tahun tumbuh berkembang pesat di berbagai wilayah Kalimantan termasuk Kalimantan Timur.
